TTW-O Manual and Workbook
Take a look at the Manual Kathleen Kelley compiled for the Thrill The World -Bay Area, CA USA Event. It's a good reference for getting started with your event. The Workbook, provides a detailed list of tasks, a timeline for just about everything you need to do and instructions for how to use it. These tools are also posted on the TTW website as Event Manager Resources. Please note: neither of these documents have been reviewed or sanctioned by Ines, but something that TTW-Bay Area is sharing with others.
Guerrilla Marketing
Miguel Martinez is a Zombie Event Manager disguised as a marketing consultant. He has generously shared an introductory piece on guerrilla marketing. This should be considered an addition to but not a replacement of the Manual's section on marketing. Thanks Miguel!

Thrill The World Bay Area has two designs we are sharing with you. One is a more traditional design and the other is a dark, graveyard scene. Files are blank in JPG. Please keep your design theme consistent, if you choose the traditional poster design, please use the traditional business card. Below are examples of what you can do with the blank versions.

Dance Rehearsals
TTW-O uses dance workshop waivers for adults and children -- these are not the same as the Thrill Day waiver forms. We also have a sign-in sheet you might want to modify for your group.
Thrill Day Dancer Registration Form
When you register your event, you will be sent access to a template form (and instructions) that you can rename and edit. These were was developed by our genius spreadsheet expert, Tricia Porter, using G-Mail "Documents". The instructions are easy to follow, including embedding your form into your website. When you are finished, test it by filling out the form on your website, go to your G-Mail and open the document. You should see a spreadsheet with the form information. Tricia will also include your waiver forms.
